I’ve had a fabulous time showcasing at the recent author events. As nerve-wrecking as it may be, I know it’s where I’m suppose to be. Now, that I have realized and accepted my art, my gift, I am enjoying the journey.

Local Authors’ Expo, 2021

This was my third & most recent event, that I was graced to be a part of with many other Authors. Although, I was out of my comfort zone, I found myself quite comfortable.

This was my second event at which time I introduced my second book, Sunrises/Sunsets and Everything in Between-Picture Book which comes in two sizes. I was more nervous for this one than I was for the first or third event. The reason is simple…I was home. It was a wonderful time and I was glad to be able to showcase what Selma has to offer.

Author Introduction, 2017

This was my first event introducing myself as an Author and introducing my first book of poetry—Only Because of God. The even was held on my daddy’s birthday (October 20th), needless to say, that day was a good day!
